Our first iteration comes from Eora/Sydney mainstay baschoe. Carving the hour-long mix with left field selections, baschoe pays homage to the black diaspora with big percussive tracks, club blends and eclectic gems.

Had the distinct pleasure of opening up the Metaphoenix Art Car on day one of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2025 (my 5th time playing EDC 🤩). LA-based Kyle Domingo — better known as GUDFELLA — is adept at pairing beats with catchy topline melodies. In this exclusive commentary, the DJ, producer and vocalist discusses his latest project, ‘galleria,’ which sees him collaborate with vocalists including Hayley Mae (“mind + heart”), Cailin Russo (“looking”) and Yung Bae (“pillowtalk”). GUDFELLA challenged himself for the making of “groove4me,” he tells SoundCloud, noting “it has a lot of moving parts.” The track “afties” came about while he and Très Mortimer were waiting for an unnamed rapper who never showed, so they decided to make a beat for themselves instead. “It was the beginning of a true friendship,” he says. Of Turkish origins but born and raised just outside of Zurich, Alci’s entry into DJing came via Hip Hop and street culture, trying his hand at graffiti and breakdancing before discovering turntables. Igniting his passion for music, his taste has evolved over the years, shifting into the electronic world where he now places his sound between funky House grooves and minimalistic Techno.

At the age of 17 he was already on the Zurich circuit and today is called upon to play all around the world - tINI&Gang, Fuse London, Caprice Festival, Rex Club, Gesthouse, Resolute NY, Un_Mute and more. A self-professed vintage head, when it comes to his own productions he’s keen to strike the balance between analogue gear and new technology.
