The latest UndrCtrl mix comes courtesy of Norwegian DJ and producer BAKKIS, who delivers a deep, groove-driven session featuring rolling rhythms and stripped-back energy.

The set features his latest single ‘H.P.S.’, out now on his label Okada Records. Built around a spoken-word vocal that echoes the candid tone of The Streets, the track strikes a balance between raw emotion and a locked-in house groove. ‘H.P.S.’ follows Okada Records’ debut release ‘Inna Fire’ — a percussive, low-slung cut that drew early support from Jamie Jones, MK, Claptone, and Marco Carola. With just two tracks released, the label is already defining a focused sound rooted in minimalism and instinct.

Outside of Okada, BAKKIS has a history of releases on labels like Dumb Safari and is also one of the minds behind R-Trybe, the collaborative label and platform founded with Huxley and Ramin Rezaie. R-Trybe exists to support DJs, producers, and vocalists with resources, opportunities, and a space to release music outside of the traditional system.

This UndrCtrl mix reflects that collaborative mindset. It’s a tight and confident ride, spotlighting R-Trybe talent alongside cuts from Solid Grooves, Poker Flat, Cécille Records, and more.
