Welsh musician and composer. 

I've worked on a number of films including horror, drama and comedy titles as well as releasing several EPs and an album, available from Bandcamp, Tidal and the usual channels.  I'm not relasing any more stuff on Spotify though.

Most of my tracks are downloadable on here, unless there's some reason I can't share it (like it's part of a score for an unreleased film). I'd prefer people to download my music to keep, than tech companies like soundcloud earning ad revenue on it and paying artists a pittance, so knock yourselves out. Of course you can always buy it on Bandcamp if you wish!

Recorded sounds provide a rich and extensive palette of colors and textures.  I like to glean what I can from single short samples of sound.  I particularly like squeaks and creaks.  Lately, I've become enamored with the enormous selection of vinyl records available on archive.org.

Julius Granell from Barcelona, Spain, born in july. It has been 10 years that he lives on the Island of El Hierro, Canary Islands.
There, his life and music is inspired by nature, people and animals of this region. In his home studio he works on sounds , develops and records them.
His musical evolution is based on strings and their fascinating behaviour.
After having played in several bands in Barcelona, he nowadays creates his sounds, primarily ambient, in solitary.
