Uneek (Unathi Mpotulo) is a hardcore hip hop mcee who was born in Cape Town. Has been in the rap game since the early nineties and is well recognized in several underground circles around the country. This rapper who displays a lot of malevolence in her lyrics is a part of a hip hop duo formerly called Informal, now Uneek& Moses.
Uneek is a product of the old school, who never stopped growing lyrically and is clearly one of her kind.  She grew up listening to the likes of Rza, NWA, Dogg Pound Gangster, etc., and now I am currently into Skeem Team, Mhz., Snow Goons etc. For those who like their music hard, aggressive and lyrically on point, Uneek is a treasure.
