i've been eating for comfort until i'm uncomfortable.the bible calls this gluttony. the internet calls it "binge eating disorder"; eating without self-control to fill what i believe to be an emotional emptiness - our quest for fulfillment echoes through different avenues. some search in relationships, others food. many find the more popular corners, drug and alcohol abuse. some of us search more covert alleyways, the clothes we wear, how well we do in school; no, many of these things are not inherently wrong. neither is the desire for fulfillment and the finding of it in things you enjoy, the difference is who controls the manner in which its enjoyed. 
i didn't and i won't always have this relationship with food. i used to eat and go about my day, more recently my day centers more around the intervals between when i last ate and when i will again, and sometimes again arrives much sooner than it should because my appetite desires what my stomach cannot hold, i eat, until i'm uncomfortable. 
but why do I do this to myself?
I find that the lust for anything is insatiable. lust will demand what it wants, and once fed, it will only want for more - the desire will grow more niche and grotesque; with food i used to want what i wanted, now i want for what is damaging to my health, it never ends. until you apply self discipline. it will seem difficult but grow easier once you see its benefit, contentment will break the reigns that bound you to your flesh, and your appetite will be restored as yours again.

today i learned that heaven's not a place

and yeah i know that God is not someone i can define yet
still i do my best to show his ways in the way i live my life

and heaven starts with how we are within

i thought we had to die to get our wings to get on in

death is not the opposite of life
you live and then you die and then you see the reason why
you live a life with God and you will see fullness of life
live by your on accord and you might never find the light
see, Jesus showed us how to live our lives so we could have eternal life
cause heaven is a place beyond sight,
it exists beyond time, it exists with us now
see, heaven is not threatened by the devil or what's tangible
so consider what you doing with your life
this world was never meant to be your home
i'm giving thanks for everything i know, and i know
the enemy don't like that
tryna break my faith like i don't got grace

God is not a tyrant he be blessing from above 
and even in his wrath it's always undersigned with love
repenting for your sins means we change the way we think
