Los Angeles based Venaeform Records debuts their first release initiated by the label’s creator Spheric with his project Ixïan. Ixïan Unlike Us EP delivers 7 original tracks (incl.1 digital bonus track available online) and a remix by Nordstaat. The Unlike Us EP consists of unique & diverse tracks of alternative forms of techno and ebm. Each of the tracks have their own aura of timbres from the ritualistic chants and ominous atmospheres of “Mahdi” to the track “Demon to Some” with its ebm embedded elements leading into a haunting & rhythmic passage into an underworld. “Unlike Us” track conveys the sense of one observing a possession of an unknown lifeform while the Nordstaat remix of “Mahdi” creates a dark hypnotic ebm journey. For those purchasing the vinyl ep it also includes all the digital downloads and a special bonus digital track.

El proyecto queer toma texturas apocalípticas y un diseño de sonido de cuerpo preeminente y los mezcla a la perfección con claves techno e industriales. La voz de Petra lleva al oyente a la era postindustrial retrofuturista de los años 80, pero también libera músculos en la pista de baile distópica contemporánea.
El disco fue producido y grabado entre Tbilisi y Berlín.

 Both Unhuman & Petra Flurr are well known in the underground industrial, EBM & synth-punk scene. This time they deliver a 4-track EP "Disintegration”. Body music meets post-punk creating a symphonic blend of sounds with a gothic attitude. The queer project takes apocalyptic textures and proto body sound design and mixes them perfectly with techno and industrial keystones. Petra’s vocals drive the listener to the retrofuturistic post-industrial era of the 80s but also unleash muscles on the contemporary dystopian dance floor.

Electronic Emergencies is delighted to announce a new release, scheduled for the dark days of December: 'Lune Atroce' by Ayats-Thorvald

Lune Atroce is a five track 12-inch on green vinyl by techno and electro laureates Marc Ayats and Jørgen Thorvald, famous for their work for the legendary A-TRACTION Records, among others.

The collaboration of Ayats and Thorvald results in a stomping electro/EBM-banger, fuelled by absinthe and inspired by the poetry of Rimbaud and a great friendship.

Apart from 2 different versions of Lune Atroce by the masters themselves, the release contains 3 other remixes: one by emerging French producer Voltaire (@voltaire0music), one by techno hero Southsoniks (@southsoniks) and the final one by Swedish EBM legend Celldöd (@celldod).

Prepare to turn the heater off (or your shirt) when Lune Atroce is played in the club!

Lune Atroce is limited to 300 absinthe-green vinyl copies. The digital release also contains a radio edit as bonus track.

Unhuman is the Berlin-based electronic and experimental project of Manos Simotas. 

Started in 2012 in Athens with his first release "Emperor Black"on tape, Unhuman evolved through different genres ultimately finding his own unique voice in experimental and dark electronics. Keeping his root in post-punk, Unhuman released on labels such as Instruments Of Discipline, Veleno Viola, BITE, Amok Tapes and Strange Therapy. 

A regular mainstay of major clubs in Berlin, Unhuman has performed all around Europe, Asia and South America and holds the artist in residency at Constant Value in Seoul, South Korea.

Unhuman is also the founder of Liber Null Berlin, which has played a critical role of unifying the freedom of arts in a conceptual event in the scene and also operates as a record label. Expanding beyond Berlin, Liber Null held events with performance arts and music all around the world including Athens, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul and beyond.
