Big brother to its sister imprint apă, Pământ is named for the earth and will delve deep into grounded, rock-solid rhythms that bristle with raw elements and hypnotic effects.

Turning a new corner with our raw and raucous sublabel Pământ, we welcome the return of young Bucharest producer Cipo. Almost five years on from his release on Piano Forest, Cipo makes a triumphant sonic statement on Pământ, with a sophisticated and innately groovy three-tracker.

Ukraine's minimal hypnotist Silat Beksi now prepares to make his signature mark on his label Modeight with the aptly titled "On My Own" Ep. This is his first solo contribution to the label, having initially christened its opening with the heady, breakbeat infused stylings of the "Inception" EP. The result of a collaborative effort alongside Heidelberg producer @Durrrred. This EP sees Silat in his element as he laces nuanced rhythms on top of funky bassline riffs and hazy electronic artifacts, cementing himself once again as a unique and characteristically engaging artist.
