... inherited some tapes that feature by grandfather banging out some tunes on his old upright piano - I think these would have been recorded in 1980s ... although his heart remained somewhere in the 1920s ... the final track is NOT my Grandad but is Harry Snodgrass, self-proclaimed 'King of the Ivories', playing 'Dusting the Keys' - my Grandad can be heard at the end reading out the label details ... perhaps he had the 78 rpm original from when he was out in the USA in the 1920s ...
