36 Shots was originally supposed to be the beginning of a new introspective album. The 36 is a reference to the place UniQ was raised, Area 36 in Lilongwe, Malawi. The song features themes such as struggling with ones current mind state and mindset, coping with growing up, dealing with family, adjusting to the environment you find yourself in, embracing ones roots and aspiring for more. I hope y'all can relate.
