Starting off proceedings on the EP is the electrifying title track ‘Stoned Faces’ guaranteed to do peak time damage, driven by a rising synth line and explosive low end pressure percussion pay homage to some of the best of UK techno and bass music.
Up next is ‘Faint’ a playful wobbler, combining a wubby baseline with trippy sample manipulation and glitchy percussive fills.
Closing out the release is ’Soulmate’, anchored around glitched-out vocals, powerful bassweight-focussed and  minimalist flair.

In 2th release release we’re delighted to welcome SEISMIC to the UR family for his first solo EP paying tribute to the UK's dance music heritage, from garage, to breaks.

The No doubt EP brings together three dancefloor ready tracks,  which guides its listener assertively around the scene-defining avenues of UKG, from "Lucid Mind" dark two-step swing chopped vocal sampling to "No Doub" melodic garage  and the skippy breaks of "Perpetuum Mobile"

Seismic - Lucid Mind

@pvlv returns to the label with the release of his second EP, ‘Lights Off’.
Ukraine DJ and producer follows last year’s ‘101A’ EP uses his love for UK club styles and soundsystem culture as a jump-off point for three mutated dancefloor slammers. The hallmarks that have shaped his sound to date are all here; nimble breaks and beefy sub bass plumes underpin glitchy melodies for an effect that’s as light as it is propulsive. 

Starting off proceedings on the EP is the title track ‘Killah Tape’ establishes his sonic palette from the outset, with driving, high-energy drum work alongside stretched vocals chops. 
Next up is ‘Hoodlum’, which layers breaks and  throbbing grooves under an otherworldly, warped vocal for create dark, intense atmospheres.
While third track ‘Cave Walk’ slows the tempo to 107 bpm for a writhing techno-dancehall hybrid with weighty with some off-kilter synths and bass wobbles, it’s a testament to PVLV’s knack for a subtle curveball.

The next instalment of our Frame25 mix series is brought to you by @Dubrunneruk, a Leeds DJ and Producer at the heart of his local scene well known to dabble within a wide range of club sounds.

The Tribe Records employee has been busy release wise of late, adding no less than three releases to his growing discography which includes impressive electro driven influences. His latest output on Scuffed is a 3 track digital EP named Scorpio Season, rich in dubwise breaks, 808’s and references to sound system culture throughout.

We’re over the moon to welcome him onto the podcast series as he delivers hour now of his favourite dubstep tracks.
