Spanish producer Benja Molina @benja-molina presents his new EP, “Small Town Night”, released by Univack. This three-track journey delivers an exquisite blend of melodic, emotive, and sophisticated Progressive House, where past, present, and a forward-thinking vision of the genre converge seamlessly.

The EP opens with its title track, a very special collaboration with legendary German project Blind Passengers, who contribute the original vocals from their iconic 90s release of the same name. Benja offers a contemporary rework of this classic gem, bringing it into today’s avant-garde sound with a dynamic groove, immersive textures, and a melodic breakdown filled with emotional depth.

Next comes “Atacama”, inspired by the majestic landscapes of the Chilean desert. Arpeggiated progressions, interwoven harmonies, and a cinematic, epic atmosphere evoke the vastness and mystery of the region.
The EP closes with “If You Need Me”, where sensual vocal phrases, a warm, solid groove, and Benja Molina’s signature melodic touch shape a track that’s deep, heartfelt, and emotionally resonant.

Three of the most solid and visionary names in international Progressive House —Cosmonaut, Gai Barone, and the collaboration between Taylan & Solvān— headline this new release from Univack, masterfully reinterpreting the original compositions by Digital Mess and Astral Base, who provide the creative foundation for these versions.

The EP, titled “Raspberry Porridge / Orbital Entry / Pixelfish”, is entirely built from these three remixes, each infused with the distinct sonic identity of its producer, reshaping the source material into new electronic landscapes. Cosmonaut delivers a high-voltage rework with acid-infused elements and club-driven energy in “Raspberry Porridge”. Gai Barone takes “Orbital Entry” into a more cerebral and psychedelic space, using a minimalist yet richly complex structure and atmosphere. Finally, Taylan & Solvān reimagine “Pixelfish” as a solid, melodic, and deeply progressive piece, tailor-made for demanding dancefloors.
