Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian Shamanic practice for healing ~ a prayer of reconciliation and forgiveness, cleansing and karmic alignment.

Gratitude: being thankful for this healing, for the gift of life and everything in it, is highly linked to feeling more positive emotions, compassion and kindness, an increase in well-being and life satisfaction.
