Secret People is about a journey to the SOUTH. A journey without any geographically precise destination; just towards that archetypical idea of the “south”. Meeting people, landscapes and music on the way: some welcoming, some dangerous, and almost all mysterious.
The south melts away the coldness of human relations: it melts time and, at sunset, it melts everything. The south slows down time, forcing work to take on a more human pace, and dressing nature up in the most beautiful clothes. The simple contemplation of life is the perfect otium: love, nature, time (dance, music and the rhythm of life).
