If Only

Swedish producer Claes Rosen first appeared on Spring Tube in January of this year with his remix of B-Max's 'My Angel'. 

Now as 2011 draws to a close Claes is back on Spring Tube for his first single for the label. 'Into The Bloom' comes with remixes from: Adam Byrd, Ricky Inch, Luiz B, Nicolas Agudelo and Elvin Ong. Claes is of course much loved for his unique ability to craft spine tingling, classy melodies and he's done so again on 'Into The Bloom'. It's a wonderfully light-hearted journey into melodic house with some of the warmest pads and gorgeous bells that you'll hear all this year. Beautifully blissed out stuff from Claes! Hungarian producer Adam Byrd brings Claes' gorgeous theme a bit closer to the dance floor with a mid tempo house interpretation that's silky smooth and incredibly funky all at once. Columbian producer Nicolas Agudelo makes his Spring Tube debut after a couple of appearances on Spring Tube's sister Round Triangle imprint. Nicholas brings 'Into The Bloom' straight to the dance floor with a tight punchy groove glorious beachside vibe. Brazilian producer Luiz B who is well known for his outstanding productions on Silk provides the next remix and he provides a mid tempo electronic house version with some amazing edits and an undeniable groove. Estonian producer Ricky Inch has been crafting some of the best melodic house records over the last several years for labels like Brown Eyed Boyz, Nellie and Cabrio. For his debut on Spring Tube Ricky has come up with one of his best productions all year. His drummy groove bounces with a vibrant energy as the bass stabs play off each other perfectly. The melodic hooks are seriously deadly and create an unparallelled groove when combined with the sweeping vocal pads and modulating synths. Amazing stuff from Ricky. Closing the package out is US producer Elvin Ong with an up tempo tech house version that uses some big sounds and soft melodic transitions. Top quality pack from Spring Tube.

I Know It Hurts Now

LNOE is starting off their 10 year anniversary strong with label favourite ‘BAILE’ giving birth to his latest output ‘Visage’. Dream away and ease into BAILE’s signature sound accompanied by a mesmerising remix from German producer Lauer. 

BAILE has had some standout releases on LNOE already with Sasha’s remix of his “Amae” being one of the most sold catalogue tracks to date. That being said we’re very happy to welcome him back to the label with these two originals. Visage and 1022 have the same dreamlike vision that shows in the sounds.

We’ve asked BAILE how these tracks came into existence; - ‘With ‘Visage’ I wanted to make something a little more driving and techno-inspired than my normal sound. The track centers around a pulsating, gated bassline and is complemented by airy pads and fluttering arpeggios. 1022 is a moodier dance track that fuses stepping lead synths with melancholy piano chords and light vocal chops. This track began with the choppy beat and lead synth lines. I felt like it needed to be smoothed out a little so I added some subtle piano chords and swelling pads. 

I wanted to pair these tracks together on an EP because they share a similar mood and sound with leading arpeggiated synths and quick moving percussion balanced out by airy pads and piano.‘

Lauer steps up to the plate with a refreshing take on ‘Visage’ exploring its melodic complexity.
