Formado há dois anos pelos talentosos produtores Max Flávio e Rodrigo Oliveira, o projeto Different vem ganhando destaque na cena eletrônica com um som único e cativante. Explorando as profundezas do Psytech e do Futuristic Bush, a dupla mistura texturas psicodélicas com uma abordagem moderna e futurista, resultando em uma experiência sonora hipnótica e imersiva.

Com uma linha de baixo brasileira densa e groovada — um elemento característico de sua identidade — o Different rapidamente conquistou reconhecimento no cenário global, garantindo lançamentos por alguns dos selos mais prestigiados do gênero. Recentemente, o projeto consolidou seu nome na Zenon Records, o selo mais renomado do estilo, além de fazer parte também da Another Psyde Rec, outro importante selo australiano voltado à vanguarda da música psicodélica, firmando-se como um dos atos mais promissores da cena eletrônica underground.

Universal Tribe Records proudly presents: The ‘Australiens’ Remixes

After years in the making, we are beyond excited to unveil one of the most anticipated releases in the history of Universal Tribe Records — a project that pays tribute to the legacy of a modern classic while breathing new life into its story.

Originally sparked during Freedom Fighters’ debut tour of Australia, Australiens quickly evolved into an iconic collaboration with progressive techno powerhouses Martin Vice & Michael Banel (MVMB). The track was later released in 2016 as part of MVMB’s debut album on Iboga Records, capturing a moment in time that merged the raw, open energy of the Australian scene with an international touch of cinematic psychedelia.

Now, nine years on, we’ve been granted the rare opportunity to reimagine this masterpiece with a signature Universal Tribe twist. What has emerged is a remix compilation that honours the past while surging forward — a curated celebration of Bush Prog brought to life by some of Australia’s most respected pioneers and the next generation of sonic storytellers — artists known for delivering the finest sounds our scene has to offer.

Featuring transformative remixes by Pspiralife, Ryanosaurus, Sumiruna, Scionaugh, and Doonz, this release brings a fresh, driving perspective to a timeless track — layered, deep, and completely dialled in to the unique rhythm of the Australian bush.

One thing’s for sure: with this release, the journey doesn’t stop —
