Being in the psychiatric system for 23 years I´ve been and still are suffering everyday. What kills me the most, is knowing the people I love, who also struggles, don't take care of them selves and find their worth. It gives me even more anxiety even though i didn't thought it was possible. Please do everything in your power to be alright again, I don't have the energy to have your darkness too.

Too many people are alone with their known or unknow diagnosis and struggles. Being pushed to the edge people cope different with that. Some choose suicide, some let their anger out on others. Show respect in form of care and listening, it makes all the difference.

I often meet people who think that being manic is the perfect state. _ their ignorance pisses me off. So I want to get the message out on how severe and destructive mania really is.

When suffering from a severe illness, I often get no understanding what so ever, on my situation. People who are not themselves affected by an psychological illness, simply do not understand the burden. And with that you get really hard words from the ignorant. "Obviously, when you are still ill, you are not doing enough" 
The worst are those who played an active part in some of my tramuas, and won´t take responibility - and have no understanding "why I was a drug abuser for 15 years", come on!! 
I used 23 years in treatment, so I am ashamed of nothing.
Im washing myself clean from all those nasty comments.
