Artificial Intelligence (AI) is niet meer weg te denken uit ons dagelijks leven. De zorg, het onderwijs en de wetenschap kunnen niet meer zonder. Maar hoe ver gaan we? Mag slimme software meebeslissen over leven en dood? Wat moeten we met foto’s en video’s die niet meer van echt te onderscheiden zijn? 

AI wordt slimmer, krijgt een soort zelfreflectie en misschien wel een zelfbewustzijn. Prof. Peter-Paul Verbeek, techniekfilosoof aan de Universiteit Twente, werpt zijn blik op onze toekomst.
