Warmer began as a rejection of the digital, focussing on choral repeating layers as a mood meditation, before reintroducing the robotic half-live, half-programmed grooves that are stylistic of the Unknown Motives project. Warmer introduces the third Unknown Motives album, "Absorbed!" and begins the slow rise of the album's crescendo, from a vastly different place to where Unknown Motives has ever tread before. Spacious, pensive, morphing, a sudden realisation, warmer, warmer, warmer every day.

Moving Forward is an Electronic Rock stomper seeping with dissociative synths and circling guitars. When what's left is less than you expected and all realisations have already been made, all you can do move forward and hope that you don't get sucked in by the hands reaching out of the ground.

It’s my birthday! And this year my birthday present to myself is that I get to share ‘Absorbed!’.

2024 was a really tough year for me, but knowing that this album came of it makes it astronomically better. I’ve never been so proud of a work I’ve created, and enjoyed it so thoroughly still after its completion. This is my 10th album, 7th released publicly. I think this is the best one, by far.

So excited to share it with you.
