When I wrote and composed “I’m Yours” it was an incredible feeling of creative nirvana. From the saxophone, guitars, vocals, and even a xylophone, I have never had anything come together so seamlessly. I am incredibly proud of it, along with the rest of the album. I hope others enjoy it when it launches on April 8th.

House From The Heavens

This is probably the most serious track on the new album. Sound-wise, it's a call back to my "Age of Intelligent Machines" album, which took its inspiration from several Genesis tracks. (The band, not the game console.) 

The song itself focuses on the lack of human compassion towards each other. Perhaps it's the constant digital barrage of seeing people's feelings, but I feel many people don't value relationships anymore. People's feelings, thoughts, concerns, and needs are nothing but static in the chaos and ultimately never heard or straight out ignored.

Let’s talk about “Good Morning, Master!” 
If you’ve followed my music career over the last 20 + years, you’ll know that one of my biggest music inspirations is Chicane. Following BT, Chicane’s tracks like Offshore, Strong in Love, and Saltwater significantly influenced my love for the more Balearic, Ibiza-style dance tracks. “Good Morning, Master!” would most definitely show off my opus for being able to produce a track in that style.

Directly following “The Chaos,” this track also puts your thinking cap on regarding the advancement of AI and where it could lead to the next generation of personal AI assistants.

Are humanoid-style AI assistants the next level of SIRI, ALEXA, and others? It might not be as far off as you think. Is your AI maid waking you up and making sure you aren’t late for work again? Changing your baby’s diapers? Falling in love with you? What else is possible? Scary, right?

For this track, I wanted to combine a bunch of different genres of music that I love. The end result is a Storm In Neo Kyoto...the intro braces the listener for the coming storm before it unleashes across the city. Somehow, the experience is both calming and terrifying.

While I released Vapecaption as a track previously, I wanted to give it a revamp for the release of "You Have Arrived". I added a few more synths and really tried to focus deep on the vaporwave feeling.

Picture if you will, a nice, chill drive in a neon light city. While plenty of things in the city are active, the streets are strangely quiet.

They had it coming. After a steady barrage of bullets, knife wounds, blood, guts, and glamour, those who opposed you are no longer threats but new additions to the afterlife. 

The only thing in front of you now is the girl.
She's the girl who got you into this mess.

Surrounding you and the girl is a steady beat of pouring rain as it slams against the hood and roof of your car. The windows are fogged, but the city's bright, pink neon lights somehow push into the vehicle, creating an almost neon-soaked fog. 

It lights up the girl in the passenger seat like an angel.

The radio plays a tune.
A magnet attracts the two of you.
With nothing else left...

What do you do when you are feeling alone? This track focuses on the emotional state of being alone and what one may do to help it. 

Lonely

It's a song about falling in love with a bartender. When your nights are bad, you pour your heart out to the bartender. She seems to be the only one who listens, the only one who cares. Her smiles are warm, her drinks are amazing.

But does she feel the same way, or is she just doing her job?

Unleaded Logic is a Chicago-based Electronic Dance music / new wave / retro wave producer, performer, and DJ.
