Medellin-based duo Dem Boyz return to Unnamed & Unknown with another profound three-track EP titled ‘Zig Zag’.

With releases on Kubbo Records, High Quality, SexAppeal and XtraTrax, Colombian DJ/Producer duo Dem Boyz are back on Unnamed & Unknown with another impressive offering. Spanning three freshly-squeezed dancefloor weapons, their ‘Zig Zag’ EP blends the label’s signature sonics with their unique South American flair from start to finish.

Opening with the title cut, ‘Zig Zag’ thrusts you into upbeat drums and fizzing percussion alongside a catchy rhythmic sub-bass melody. Its catchy vocal hook brings the track to life with unique character, cutting through playful fills and atmospheric FX that give it an endlessly rolling terrace feel. 

‘Pirouletta’ comes next, bringing more undulating grooves and driving cadence from the outset. Rippling percussive layers create a tidal swing in the mix whilst a swirling vocal hook floats the track through several quirky, atmospheric breaks and thumping drops.

‘Dew Shake’ closes the release with more pulsating movement and low-frequency potency throughout. Building around another looping vox and creative tonal percussive fills, the tracks focus on flamboyant instrumentality and funky melodies make the perfect partner for its core of groovy nuances.

A fact that has earned the label a swarm of heavyweight support that ranges from&nbsp;Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin, Solomun, Dubfire&nbsp;and&nbsp;Adam Beyer&nbsp;to&nbsp;Joris Voorn, Luciano, Green Velvet, Jamie Jones, Nic Fanciulli&nbsp;and&nbsp;Pete Tong with plays on BBC Radio 1.
Helmed by&nbsp;Manuel De La Mare,&nbsp;Luigi Rocca and Alex Kenji&nbsp;the&nbsp;Tuscan&nbsp;based label has been a steadfast home for them who individually represent&nbsp;Italy's&nbsp;most affirmed and talented Producer/DJs. Via the studio work of these three artists and later with the involvement of associated label artists,&nbsp;303Lovers&nbsp;has cultivated a strong presence in the download and stream charts of stores such as&nbsp;Beatport, Traxsource, Spotify, Soundcloud and Youtube.&nbsp;
The organic explosion of the imprints success has garnered a desire from the dancefloor for the guys to take&nbsp;303Lovers&nbsp;to the clubs. Having individually circumnavigated the globe over the past few years flying their respective musical flags from Ibiza, Miami, Berlin, Los Angeles to Barcelona, Amsterdam, London and more, and playing at Pacha, Amnesia, Space, Ultra Music Festival, Ministry of Sound and Tomorrowland, the guys are now bringing the sounds of&nbsp;303Lovers&nbsp;to life with a series of special label showcase events and one-off festival arena hosts.

Latino riddims for the 39th Reecords release, as Jholeyson steps up on our label with a banging single. Fresh of outstanding EPs on outlets like Hot Creations and Solid Grooves Raw, he makes his label debut with 'La Lulu'. Murky low-ends and tribalistic vocals meet his trademark techy grooves and catchy guitar riffs to lock you on the dancefloor. Aqui se baila!

Netherlands-based Gino Da Koda debuts on Tomi & Kesh's NoZzo Music with his 'Selecta' EP.
 
Following releases on Used Goods, Unnamed & Unknown and several others, emerging Dutch talent Gino Da Koda steps up for his debut on Tomi & Kesh's increasingly popular NoZzo Music imprint. Joining him with an impressive remix of the title cut, DJ Entwan also returns to the label following a previous outing on 'The NoZzo's Vol. 4'.
 
Kicking things off, 'Selecta' hops straight into a flurry of Gino's signature percussive-led grooves and significant vocal presence. Riding an ebb and flow of thickened drums, pulsating sub-bass, playful breaks, quirky fills, massive vocal injections and subtle tonal layers, it's an undeniable hot pick for building a vibe on the dancefloor.
 
DJ Entwan's remix of 'Selecta' comes next, stripping things back a little with further emphasis on perpetual groove. A swaying concoction of punchy rhythms and rippling percussive flair lead the track forwards alongside an undulating sub-bass melody and an endless sea of creative twists and turns.
 
'Don't Believe' rounds off the release in impressive fashion with upbeat momentum and bags of danceability. Another mighty display of intricately placed layers of rhythm that build an enjoyably crammed spectrum of movement, joined by a bubbling bassline, atmospheric breaks, cleverly placed vocal chops, and much more - this one is a real toe-tapper and then some.

The sound of suburbs permeates the essence of Pakate. Whether it is New York, Miami, or Milan, as in this case, we cannot forget our origins. After making his label debut just a few months ago, Davide Mentesana returns to Pakate displaying its musical creed at its finest, as the Italian youngster finally drops the long-awaited "Toki Toki" EP.

With the support of the Don Marco Carola and Joseph Capriati on top of the list, this mini-album perfectly reflects Davide's driving and techy minimal approach: snaking groove patterns, heavy, vibrant bass tones, and warped Latino vocal interjections fuse together for some rumbling hypnotic feelings, whilst titled "I Wanna Go Back" and "D.O.C." give us more after hours moments with chunky drums, hazy textures, irresistible razor-sharp percussions, and funky bass slaps.
