The italian DJ has been living in Amsterdam since 2015, with memorable performances at Sugar Factory, Vondelbunker and  many other venues around town, and to top it off, he is also currently teaching music production at Deep House Academy. A label head at Modular Side Music since 2019 with a VA coming out on the 19th of February, his love for the underground sounds is present in everything he does. Expect a focus on synthetic landscapes and dark ambiences from the Modular Master!

A surprising yet familiar composition of techno and psychedelic sounds that will take you back to the forest where Jack's inspiration sparkled. An excellent DJ & producer, originally from Italy but based in Amsterdam, he also runs his own label Modular Synth Music, where he aims to showcase not only his own productions, but also from artists and producers pushing the boundaries of fast pace, rolling techno.

No doubt this is a special one, since we've been seeing his progress from very close during the pandemic and had the pleasure to invite him to play with us back in summer for Heavy on the Seasoning. We couldn't be happier to host him for this set, a good friend of the collective, a dancer matching any beat and a very dedicated music lover.

More than a decade following his initial foray into Barcelona’s underground scene, Kevin Schwantz has kept the same vision of electronica as fuel for social change; a concept that he transmits through his involvement in the events of the Technodrome Barcelona collective, the Celobert festival and with performances in clubs such as Moog, Tresor, Nitsa, Razzmatazz, Stardust or Garage of the The Bass Valley.

In recent years he has delved into the field of music production with publications on labels such as Redsonja, LessisMore, Solemne, Ibex electroclub and on his own label Tourian Records, whose recent release Umbral is signed in 1985 with two original tracks and several remixes by artists like Dark Vektor, Pelacha, The Zenobit3 or Mynationshit among others.

As producer and also as DJ he has a distinctive style, creating a hard, opaque and captivating atmosphere.

Johannes Auvinen , best known by the stage name Tin Man, is California born electronic music producer, live-act and dj. Producing music for more than a decade, and named the master of the neo-acid genre, Tin Man continues to evolve with every release that comes under his name on the labels such Infrastructure New York, Killekill, Keys Of Life and more. He is also part of The Acid Symphony Orchestra and has turned out a standalone neo-classical and ambient work, Vienna Blue. Auvinen's recent output includes collaborations with Donato Dozzy and Cassegrain.

With his contribution to Bassiani Podcast series that was recorded at BASSIANI in July, now Vienna based Tin Man delivers one hour of highly improvisational live mix. The whole set is a deep dive into drifting, energetic and pulsing acid techno.

Reclaim Your City 017 | Fiedel (Berlin)

For Fiedel the three main musical influences are Electro/early Hip Hop (Egyptian Lover, Ice-T, 2 Live Crew, Mantronix), Acid/House (since 1986/87) and the Hard Wax record store in Berlin Kreuzberg. He started to dj publicly in the mid 90s on Mondays at a club called Subversiv, which then has been a constant in Berlin’s underground techno scene. Fiedel has demonstrably been one of the first djs to play Electro in this context. Besides he played serious techno from Carl Craig, Jeff Mills, the Burden Brothers, Mathew Johnson, Monolake, Soundhack and many others. When the moment is right, he also plays Hi-NRG. As he puts hit himself: Music should not be pigeonholed.

In 1996 and 1997 he released two eps on MMM with Errorsmith. Especially their track „Donna“ is considered a much played techno classic. Apart from his residency at OstGut / Berghain, he loves to play at clubs like Elastic (Leipzig), Suicide (Berlin), Club 69 (Glasgow), Ostklub (Frankfurt/Main) and Meccanoid (Melbourne).
