     Writing stories and short plays in elementary school turned into a love for poetry, which began song writing.
Eventually lead to Fame Up Magazine created and operated by Nychole Smith and Lenoris Williamson In 2001 landing their first cover with, Sleepy Brown & Obie Trice. Artist/group Management was her window to becoming an artist. From 1998 until 2003, Nychole managed "Up North Family," a group of four guys from Pontiac and Detroit MI. Throughout that time, she collaborated in song writing with in house production, "One Day Productions," for other artist on Up North Family's label. One song being performed for Baby Face in 1998. While writing proved to be therapeutic, singing felt gratifying to her. She is grateful to have collaborated with the one and only, Ro Spit of Burn Rubber in Royal Oak MI. Grateful to have performed at Michael Jackson's Memorial and Birthday celebrations, both in 2013. Having Katherine Jackson's undivided attention and sharing that special moment with them all was amazing. Also grateful to have Phife of the legendary group, "A Tribe Called Quest" as a mentor and for being professional, honest, and reliable always.


     Being raised in Brightmoor, on the West side of Detroit Michigan in the 80's taught her street wisdom, gave her strength & built a shell that becoming a mom broke. Tough was your title. Always had to prove you were top rank. Living with her father (a minister) in Pontiac MI every other year during her elementary days was 180° her Detroit life. Her father and his eight siblings were blessed with song and instrumental talents from strumming strings to keys and singing beautiful melodies. This is when Jazz was introduced.

      When she is not wearing an artistry champion belt, her challenges consist of, being A mother, lover and friend. In this world, she is Nychole Smith. Because UNO 220 and Nychole Smith share the same thoughts and attitude, there is no altar ego to claim. Nychole Smith is professional 9 to 5. UNO 220 is after work affair with class. Being a socialite chasing lifes greatest adventures, she is found to be a compelling individual with her hands in a bit of it all. From having Jerry Pace of Sherman Oaks, CA as an actors agent moving her residence to Anaheim CA in 2003 while He was also representing Mc Lyte and Thea, working, operating and co owner of "The Nappy Nook," (a natural hair care salon) located inside Harolds Place directly across from the famous Motown historic building & a former teammate of Detroits' most consistent natural hair care salon, "Happy to be Nappy. A liscened stenographer mastering the study of Stenomask vs Stenotype of "Dorothy Halls school of Court reporting." Achieving the highest accuracy in her class at transcribing, as well as a real estate sales person liscence for five yrs under Broker Juan Clavon of "A Star National Realty, on James Couzens in detroit MI." Her latest endeavors in the entertainment industry are an assistant on the production team for Sareta Cheathem and Darren Brown of DMFILMS. Credits include four mid budget music videos for Detroit's own soulful R&B artists "Dwele," (1)  & "K'Jon," (3) as well as on set of the motion picture, "Winnerz." Written & produced by, Sareta Cheathem. Filmed in Cleveland OH, by DMFILMS. This film is being played now in various states. Check website for date and location confirmation.
