📖 The Story

This song was born as a sonic ritual: a mantra invoking mothers, daughters, and ancestors. Each “mama” is an archetype:

    👁️ Mama Nena – the witch aunt, guardian of the past

    🌿 Mama Baba – the adoptive mother, the nurturing present

    🌞 Mama Lena – the daughter, light of the future

    🌍 Mama Nossa – the universal mother, our common home

The chant repeats and transforms these names into vibration, dissolving linear time. It is a blues ritual, an invented creole, a language that belongs not to grammar but to collective memory.

    🚂 Train whistle opening the track, a signal of passage

    🎷 Saxophone drenched in reverb, echoing like a spirit

    🎸 Wah‑laden Telecaster groove, rootsy and hypnotic

    🥁 Shamanic hand drums and stomp pads grounding the ritual

    🎤 Gospel‑like choirs amplifying the mantra

    🎷 Harmonica and sax dueling in trance

The harmonic progression spirals open and closed, never resolving, because the ritual never ends — it repeats, renews, and transforms.

Il canto si radica ad Erto, paese delle Dolomiti segnato da memorie profonde e tragedie collettive. Qui la voce diventa eco tra le montagne, e ogni nome risuona come un richiamo agli spiriti che abitano il luogo.
🌲 Origine della leggenda cimbra

Nelle tradizioni cimbre si narrava delle profetesse di Erto, donne visionarie che intrecciavano destini e annunciavano il futuro. Le tue Mama si innestano in questa leggenda: tre figure femminili che, come le Norne nordiche, tessono il filo del tempo. Il canto diventa così un rito che unisce mito germanico, memoria familiare e radici alpine, trasformando la tua canzone in una profezia sonora.
