It is NOT ok to KEEP YOURSELF DOWN EVEN IF YOU FEEL YOU DESERVE IT.
Some people do NOT deserve your presence or energy in their lives.
Do not even give your demons or thoughts that kind of energy.
Only give your energy to what promotes you positively.
Best not to engage w energy vampires.
The first thing they'll try to do is manipulate your love for them for their advantage.
