With a tip of the cap to some of the year of 2020's most engraved news stories, including a nod to the martyr George Floyd, I hope to add my subtle and sometimes cryptic voice to the fray of current events.

Unsound has been a name that has followed me since the early days of the white-noise garageband jamming in the old wool shed at Rock Abbey. Always a fitting title for a bunch of guys who could never seem to reign in the enthusiasm while playing, shredding fingers, flailing hair and faux-smashing instruments.... 

Those days are long gone and many incarnations of the band ensued, but the name had always been born of my fervently unsettled mind; never able to rest or stop thinking about the next thing, possibility or problem without aid. 

Although a balance between that aid and letting the madness flow for the sake of creativity has been vaguely unsettled many times, the new and possibly the final incarnation of Unsound has now taken place entirely within its original chrysalis; that aforementioned vaguely unsettled brain of mine. Finally engaging in the muse and seemingly have her finally flow through me on a regular basis is certainly adding to the level progress these days - and I hope the tangible results of the indescribable imagery I experience every day rings true in it's transmutation to sound with fans of music the world over.
