Ep 435: Boundaries and Managing Hard Relationships

Lessons 11 through 20 in my “40 Lessons in 40 Years” series all stem from one overarching theme: lead with curiosity. When I get curious with myself and the world around me, there’s so much potential for compassion, healing, and discovery.&nbsp; In this episode, I reflect on some of my deepest liberatory practices, including not taking things personally, prioritizing people who can respect me, and honoring the orientation of my soul. Known for her raw, honest, and nuanced approach to spirituality and the healing arts, Elizabeth DiAlto is an Embodiment Specialist, a Mystic, a writer, and host of the Embodied Podcast (4M+ downloads!). In 2013 she founded what has now evolved into the School of Sacred Embodiment blending together her extensive training and practice in body movement and energy work. Her speciality is helping people integrate their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves to embody and express their true purpose and power. A native New Yorker of Puerto Rican and mixed-European descent, Elizabeth currently calls Miami home, is an avid salsa dancer, and has a laugh that has been described as “a sound bath of sunshine and joy.”
