Mud Music began three years ago with the only direction being to write the kind of songs that we would want to listen to.
We had no specific genre  or theme in mind. Eventually it just kind of evolved into a cocktail of murder ballads, dark folktales, textures and (hopefully) a little magic.

 We love this, our debut album, and we hope you do too.

Consistency is key, and over the years, we've watched this artist grow into a promising, skilled producer of incredible work. Just two weeks after releasing a high-quality project, he surprises us with another—a six-song collection packed with spacey vibes and rich ambient sounds. In a recent interview, the artist shared, "Now that I'm producing at a higher rate, we might be dropping way more projects than usual. The amount of unreleased music I have right now that I can just drop at any time is crazy, but it's all there. So, it's definitely about to get wicked with the new music. Until They Burn Me is Cody Carlyle and Travis Jordan. Although this iteration of their collaboration was officially formed in 2021, they have been playing music together for over 30 years, formerly in the band, The Dry Season. Their music is an eclectic mix of Americana, old-timey murder ballads, garage rock, dark country, punk, punkgrass and folk.
