Yeah, this one took a long time. Look, Ryan was really busy in the early months of the year and had only played three games, so we ended up recording in early March. Meanwhile, the Game Mavericks have been recording non-stop, so I had to get away from the Unleashed playthrough long enough to edit. Then I decided to start exercising more so I could stand to look at myself in a mirror, and that slowed down the edit. Wait, what were we talking about?

The boys return to discuss the games we enjoyed in 2024. King pays tribute to a Soulslike with the feel of a 6th generation licensed game. Ryan chronicles his experience with an obscure Nintendo franchise that finally got brought back in the twilight days of the Switch 1. Exo discusses an indie open world game related to a bunch of Japanese-exclusive PlayStation games nobody over here has played.
