When I close my eyes and listen to this song, I imagine a cosmic temple where the queen and priestess are bellydancing and preforming an ritual to influence lower dimensions. Probably make a cool music video. I wrote a sister song to this with the plan on having it on the release as well. Due to time constrains the song had to be cut but could very well show up on a future release. This track uses the frequency 174.

This track is pretty much the spirit of Uplifting Earth. This is the last track I wrote lyrics for but I knew it was going to be the first track on the release. I was struggling to find lyrics and on the day before the release I fell into a very strange state. I opened my mouth and all these words started coming out. The entire writing process was unequivocally sudden. Shout out to Nahko for the crystal bullet line which is my favorite lyric of his. These words are a part of my soul. This track uses the solfeggio frequency 639.

The Kundalini Get Down was the first track I wrote for the release. I wanted some spiritual booty shaking music. The inspiration came from The Last Airbender episode with the guru. In the original version, there is a sample of the guru talking about the crown chakra but the sample was unable to be cleared so it did not make it in the final cut. However, it is in the live version of the song. I wanted to express opening the charkas and translating that into dancing. Thus, The Kundalini Get Down was born. This track uses the solfeggio frequency 852.

The Kundalini Get Down

This is the most renamed track of the album. Originally titled UP, then Turn Me Up, Turnt Me Up, Tune Me Up. Then after a total accident of a delay being turned on, just the first half of the word frequency started repeating during the drop and I fell in love. Then I renamed it a few times because i hated the name. I finally settled back to FREQ because its provocative and it gets the people going. This track uses the solfeggio frequency 639.

I love this song. This is the second song I wrote for the release. I named it Booty Temple as a placeholder because I thought that was pretty funny while looking for a new name. I decided on Ancient Boogie but, when I friend was listening to the mix the project name was still Booty Temple. He thought that was pretty funny and advised I not only keep the name but it was also the genera of music I had created. I found that even funnier. So, I decided to keep the name and use Booty Temple as a brand new genera. I mean it's pretty fitting and who doesn't want to worship that booty? This track uses the frequency 417.

We seriously way too much fun remixing this track and dancing through the night in the studio. Cheerful banter is optional, but words can’t express how much fun we had making them. Ashleys first time in front of a mic and if she hadn’t been feeling it she “wouldn’t have gotten in front of it”. We’re glad she did, so much bonding to this song. Phil: “The universe has my back, your back, were all just a bunch of backs.” Nick killed it on the new bass tone. Shoutout to Big Beats and Galantis. Shoutout to Phil and Ashley and Nick I seriously loved making this track with you.   Love is binding force of the universe, tell me you love me.
