It was a cold rainy night in downtown LA.. the spring of 2021, when JD stumbled into a Mick Jenkins session talking shit. After Mick said JD was not a real rapper, JD let out a horrifying cackle and challenged Mick to a dual. With 5 minutes on the clock, JD went in the booth first.... Mick had an extra 4 minutes with JD in the booth, or so the legend says... but the rest... is history.
