8Kays has continuously followed her inner call of hunting to new sound landscapes since her music career turned into the "8Kays" chapter. Always inclined to her vision to pursue, 8Kays has released amazing records on renowned Renaissance, Oliver Koletzki's Stil Vor Talent, Yotto's Odd One Out label, as well as great remixes for Berlin-based Booka Shade and Joplyn.
2019 was the year when we had 'Dance Alone' recorded by 8Kays together with Tone Of Arc and released with splendid remixes from Alex Niggemann and Olivier Giacomotto. The world is finally opening the curtains to music, so we can't miss our chance to share such a great EP with you.
'Respect Me' is the title track of this release. It is recorded with Lazarusman: the man of a word, the warrior of a poem. Lazarus is an artist who always brings importance to his works. There is always sense, feeling and message in his words. 'Respect Me' is a protest; it's a manifestation where Lazarusman is explaining his meaning of respect, so you just should listen to it. 8Kays sound design is super detailed in this work: stompy and energetic basslines are a great fit for all the melodic and extra-diverse elements of the track.
French producer Rodriguez Jr. is jumping on 'Respect Me' with his vision. Low electrified sounds with the long-sweeping background alongside the melodic enveloping plus rare and targeted dub-chords create a special remix and which we are very proud to have.
'Young Souls' is the next track of this release. Its hammering mood is recreated with the complex pressure-based bassline and retro synthesizer sounding guitar-like. Additionally, there is Aquarius Heaven on a featuring part.
His meaningful message was recorded during the pandemic peak-time period. It explains it all: the importance of choice, nightlife wandering and life realities we are facing each day.
Aquarius Heaven's vocals are brilliantly harmonized by 8Kays, she gives them a neat and encompassingly completed compositing feeling.
Happy to welcome Denis Horvat to the remix work. We've been big fans of Denis sound. It's extraordinary and unique, but certainly authentic. Therefore we knew the remix is going to be special even before Denis started doing it.
His powerful version gives a full spectrum of moods: detuned sounds, glitchy details and robotized Aquarius vocals are taking us to the breakdown which is worth the wait. Modulizing sounds on the breakdown give a long-awaited unexpected feeling which we are always looking at.
We'll keep on creating more for you, setting no boundaries. As usual.

This new EP is once again an opportunity to express oneself without limits, at the border of sound exploration and wild dance.

This new chapter begins with a bass line that comes out of a lucky wiring. It drives this piece while leaving room for it to express itself in other ways. The idea was therefore to find its just opposite in search of the balance of materials and lightness. "Bass In Da Air" was born.

Let's continue with "Mototor". The name a little strange is in fact a reference to a famous Spanish festival specialized in the reggae, the dub, the love of the others and the respect of each one. At the returns of this one and after having shared a rare moment of good common energy, it was thus essential to pay him homage. To follow, a rhythm with the accents dub and a soft melody.

To close this opus it was essential to find itself at the corner of fire to be able to appreciate a more personal moment of relaxation. Just enjoy the present and infinite moment that offers itself to us. "Rêve De Nuit" will probably not make you tap your feet but its usefulness is not there!

Kiosk I.D. is a record label linked to the iconic Berlin nightclub Kater Blau, which focuses on melodic music with organic sounds and downtempo grooves.

The record label has previously featured tracks by the likes of Atish, Oliver Koletzki, Christopher Schwarzwalder, Mira, and the latest release is a seven track LP by Geju.

Geju are a duo that are well-known within the organic house scene for their chugging grooves with deep atmosphere and flowing percussion. Their music can be found on influential record labels such as Leveldva, The Magic Movement and Ouïe Circle. They are also talented DJs that have travelled the globe, playing everywhere from Burning Man in America to The Gardens of Babylon in Holland.

This is the third time that Geju have featured on Kiosk I.D. following a track on one of the label's compilation releases plus a remix, but this is their first time dropping a solo release of original material.

The tracks are organic house with tribal percussion and psychedelic atmosphere combined with immersive synth lines.

'Hold on to your hats, because Beth Lydi and Andreas Henneberg are starting their 2023 with a belter of a track. Made during lockdown, this track has simmered in their playlists for a year and you can really feel the intense energy in this track that is on the verge of bursting into an inferno.

“Wine and Cheese” draws inspiration from the early 2000s where the techno scene was purely underground and gritty, but with a modern sound and unlike most of the things you hear today. This track is bound to create some proper moments of frenzy on the dancefloor. The heavy bass and fierce synth melts together to a magnificent and electrifying techno tune, a statement that shows Beth and Andreas are not here to play around.

They focus on quality and innovation while paying tribute to the past in their very own way. Enjoy the relentless and unapologetic peak time slammer “Wine and Cheese”.'

Radikon No. 67 opens with a tight 16th note sub frequency thunderstorm, interrupted by synthesized metallic shockswells. 'Dark Waves' is fueled by a variety of hypnotic melody stoicisms twirling around an on point repetitive beat pedestal.

The subsequent 'Celestial' follows in matching footsteps while adding spherical films of melodramatic voice fragments, which resemble the epic and timeless soundtrack works for eminent Sci-Fi masterpieces ranging from 'Ghost in the Shell' to 'Halo'. Meanwhile LFO tweaked Leads serve as the anchors in the wavy sea of modern-day techno productions.

The round up of this tasteful chef recommended menu comes in the form of 'Acid Lead', an uncompromising ode to the dance floor. Classic rave proven drum patterns fusion with a flourishing interplay between punching subs and hooky highs.
