This song was recorded in Israel, just a moment before I left for the Vocal Freedom Workshop EU-tour.
Most of the editing and mixing work was made through messages between me and Yahav and so this song got to be my theme song for this tour😇

This song started as a much longer track… and than each time I felt like cutting another bit out and eventually it came down to this compressed version of itself…

This one came to me in a dream.
I remember waking up with the song still fresh in my memory, and I managed to find my phone and record a sleepy version of it before it slipped back to the dreamworld.
It didn't have all the words still, but the melody and its power were solid. Me and Vismay, my talented studio artist brother, had so much fun recording and processing it :)to be honest, if I wouldn't have been in the commitment to my subscribers (at the time), of producing an original song once a month,  I would have taken at least 6 more studio sessions just to dive deeper into the glorious possibilities that this song holds inside.😇

Been Here Before

Going through my music files on my mac., I stumbled across a recording i made, at Poatry's 1st CD launch, on which i played 3 songs that were born on that 9 month trip across the world…
Meeting this amazing, open-hearted, glowing, Big-Island community, opened something primal in me, that eventually led me, to where i am today..
I don't remember most of the names by now, and still, i treasure this tribe and land for ever!

This is a rare recording of a full featured Singing Circle that took place at the end of a 3-Day Vocal Freedom Workshop with 150 participants in Amsterdam. 
At the end of the workshop, we opened our space for 350 additional guests for a grand Singing Circle where I was privileged to host 7 local Singing Circle Leaders.

WE SANG OUR HEARTS OUT!

The Netherlands is definitely becoming one of the leading countries in the Singing Circle scene and it's so beautiful to see this culture growing all around the world!
