New Era

Für die 59. Ausgabe unserer Podcastreihe ist Rafaele Castiglione zuständig. Der aus Fürth stammende Künstler hat sein musikalisches zu Hause bei Amselcom gefunden, wo er auch schon zahlreiche Tracks veröffentlicht hat. Des Weiteren hat er auf Beatwax Records und Wasabi Recordings Releases herausgebracht.
Rafaele ist für seine feinfühlige und gerne auch mal experimentelle Art zu produzieren und aufzulegen bekannt, was er mit dem bald erscheinenden Track „Ayahuasca“ (Amsel008) erneut unter Beweis stellt. 
In dem für uns entstandenen Podcast kommt vor allem seine Liebe zur orientalischen Musik zum Vorschein, dennoch überrascht er auch immer wieder mit unglaublich groovigen und zugleich unaufgeregten, treibenden Stücken. Wir sagen schon mal Danke Rafaele und wünschen euch viel Spaß mit diesem Hörgenuß!

Ida Daugaard ist jetzt seit gut sieben Jahren als DJane unterwegs und hat uns nun die 60. Ausgabe unserer Podcast-Reihe gemixt. Sie hatte schon Auftritte auf zahlreichen Festivals, wie dem Distortion in Kopenhagen oder dem Afrika Burn bei Cape Town. Clubtechnisch macht man der Dame auch nichts mehr vor, sie spielte bereits  in Städten wie New York, Paris, London, Mailand, Zürich, ihrer alten Heimat Kopenhagen und ihrer neuen Heimat Berlin. Am  03.10.2015 spielt sie ihr Debüt im Kater Blau, wer sie mal live sehen will, sollte sich das nicht entgehen lassen!
Jetzt wünschen wir aber erstmal viel Spaß mit ihren minimalistischen und zugleich treibenden Beats.

URS 008 I Zebra Centauri - Ochsenfrosch

Die Nummer 61 kommt von Soukie & Windish, die beiden sind als Co-Founder von URSL für viele schon ein Begriff. Dazu kommen Veröffentlichungen seit dem Jahr 2008 auf Labels wie Suruba, Liebe* Detail, 3000 Grad Records, Audiomatique und natürlich URS und URSL.
Ihr Album „A Forest“ fand bei so vielen befreundeten Künstlern anklang, dass es bei 10 Orginal-Tracks zu 20 Remixen kam. Wir haben auch gehört, dass aktuell Studio-Arbeit für ein zweites Album geleistet wird, wir sind schon sehr gespannt darauf!
Über ihre Releases hinaus sind die beiden die letzten Jahre viel gereist und brachten dabei Dancefloors in ganz Deutschland sowie in Holland, Frankreich, Norwegen, der Schweiz, der Türkei, Australien, Brasilien und auch auf Hawai zum Kochen. 
Wir möchten euch die besondere Stimmung die Fritz und Nayan hier für uns eingefangen haben nicht länger vorenthalten und wünschen viel Spaß mit dem Podcast.

Außerdem wollen wir euch noch darauf hinweisen, dass die beiden am 20.11.2015 auch im Ritter Butzke zu unserem zweiten Geburtstag spielen werden.

Yet again the leafs are turning neon golden, reminding us of the change of seasons lying at the edge of our doorstep. The first cold breezes and the fading warmth of the sun, which we just took for granted so easily, sketch the outline of that mild and soothing melancholia resting in autumn's palms. A mood we can very well enjoy to bury in deeply and with Luise's newest release listen to closely. »MENTIS EXCESSUS« is a tenderly crafted tale, a musical journey that paints broad images of false memories and blurry resemblances. Like a Déjà-vu that lasts too long to put aside, it crawls up your neck to give you that eerie feeling of curiosity with which you look at the uncanny world that suddenly surrounds you.

We are very pleased to welcome »WIDE AWAKE« as the most recent addition to Luises's sheltered, little family, a project that has its foundations at the talented hands and hearts of »Niju«, »Ninze« & »Okaxy«. These three banded together for greater good to provide nothing less, but their as well as Laut & Luise's first album.

We are traveling with Holed Coin to „Chinatown“. Emerging organic elements meet synths and Kalimbas to create a forward moving Mobilé. The melancholic violin is giving a sad but optimistic feeling about life.
„Fire“ lets us dance to playful melodies. The dream shows futuristic Steampunk Clowns remind us critically of our flaws. 
„SESAMO“ is maybe the heart peace of the whole EP. Dramatic and progressive sounds combined - Holed Coin delivered a masterpiece of musicality.
