Two more time! After the successful kick-off of the remixed series of Ante Perry's album "Welcome To Perrydise", a very special
EP is now being released with REMIXED TWO. 'Homework Done' was created together with Dayne S as an homage to Daft Punk and their debut album 'Homework' from 1997. The fact that the brilliant French would actually be “Done” would still have occurred during the creation of the track in 2017 nobody thought. All the better that the musical homage appears now, shortly after the end.For the remix, Ante hired none other than Katermukke artist Roderic, whom he met a few years ago in Katerblau. Accompanied by several schnapps, the Dortmund and the Mexican discovered a mutual love for croissants - since then they have been sending each other photos of the buttery baked goods from Around The World. We celebrate the melodically driving track and thank the French guys for a quarter of a century full of musique fantastique.

Schtu belongs to those producers who always have a little wink hidden up their musical sleeves. He uses humor and fun as a healing force and embraces all emotion, whether "good" or "bad". It is only logical that he is an excellent fit for URSL, the label that is always looking for a place where emotions and humor can coexist peacefully.
The You Make Me Feel Like is an ode to the melodic genre and the fun a standard 4-chord pattern combined with choppy vocals can bring. Emotions don't always resonate in harmony here; disharmony can be just the right key when combined with the correct patterns and used in the right place at the right time. And Schtu proves that he has mastered this game.
By the way, the third track on this EP, a "Call To Arms", was remixed by the infamous Theo Meier, whom you surely already know from the URSL catalog. Wink, wink.

Germany’s Apnoea return to Stripped Down with two new singles, one of which they also remix themselves.
The Apnoea pair has their own melodic take on house and techno. It has stood them apart since their debut on Mobilee in 2021, which brought them together after previous solo success. Last year they offered their Phnk EP on this label and have also played key European venues from Berghain to ADE to Cocoon club. Their story now continues with these stylish new cuts.
The superb Frankie Valli inspired, 'I Can't Take My Eyes Off You' opens with a slinky house sound. It's overlaid with a vocoder vocal that brings the future funk. The lithe synths are drawn out in elegant patterns, build to a dramatic breakdown then the whole track takes off once more. Apnoea then offers their own Deep Dive remix which is roomier, stripped back and warm. Gorgeous percussive sounds and balmy pads pepper the drums which hypnotise as they unfold. Closer 'Empty Street' is more upbeat with loopy synths that get you locked in and rising through the stars. Rugged bass and rooted drums keep things moving as the subtle waves of euphoria wash over you time and time again.
This is a versatile EP of truly emotional house sounds.

PREMIERE: APNOEA - I Can't Take My Eyes Off You (APNOEA Deep Dive Mix) [ Stripped Down ]

#PlasticFreeParty is a collection of conscientious, green-hearted tunes from some of our  favourite artists, all brought together to highlight the incredible work being done by our  friends at Bye Bye Plastic, the disruptive nonprofit working to eliminate single-use plastics  in the music industry and restore Earth balance. The album will be officially launched at this  year’s Amsterdam Dance Event with a party organised in collaboration with Levantine  House in the luxurious W Amsterdam on release day, Thursday 20th October. A world- first, ground-breaking non-vinyl physical version of the album is also in the works. 
Curated by Parisian DJ duo Chambord and released on BLOND:ISH’s ABRACADABRA  label, #PlasticFreeParty brings together 14 new tracks from artists like BLOND:ISH, Shiba  San, Vander & Deer Jade, Urmet K, Zigan Aldi and Chambord themselves. 100% of the album’s profits will be forwarded to the Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, enabling them to increase their visibility and message. 
Chambord explained how the compilation came to fruition; “In 2020, we worked with Bye Bye Plastic for our first live performance in France. During this time, we gathered a group of friends and associates to create fundraising for this cause and have been working together ever since. We met with Camille from the BBP foundation, and together with Blond:ish we decided to create a music compilation to raise funds. Together we can hopefully achieve our goals and make a difference.”

A continuous flow of energy led me to compose my first album Idyll Of a Frame. I put together stories and messages that maybe never as now, just being released, I wondered if they were part of me or something higher. I say this because the objective universe of art does not belong only to musicians, poets, and painters. The sincere approach to our fears, to what makes us feel blocked, is a great act of love, creativity, and inspiration. All of us can reach it. It’s true, doubt remains, emptiness and mystery remain. But isn’t that wonderful after all? That door that you can see from the album cover, leads to darkness or a light that can only be reached in the time that remains. Because, as a great maestro once said, "We are passing through." The means to honor the creative and positive flows that I have the opportunity to capture during the day is music. In the case of Idyll Of a Frame, I pay tribute to life through an "idyll of a frame" or more in detail through a moment of inner dialogue, a dream, a way of seeing one’s soul from a different perspective, as if we were looking it through a magnifying glass. Nice feeling, even if only for a second. Just like the photograph and the cover photo of Idyll Of a Frame is a photograph of my grandfather, made in exploration, who knows where in the world. There are also within the album, different shades of colors belonging to my roots. Naples is the city where I live, work and breathe every day. It is also the city where I grew up, where I fell and got up.
Some tracks, referring to the tracks "Monteoliveto," "Lyra" and "Polvere Di Napoli," come from a walk made by my recording studio, located in Monteoliveto 75, towards the city. On a journey without the time and a precise destination, I meet a Naples seen perhaps for the first time or never seen at all. A walk never happened or happened only in my blurred and clouded thoughts. Everything in between is part of new aspirations, books, friendships, and experimentation.
Finally, a special dedication is found in the song that closes the album, Kaito. My piano is a Japanese Tokai and I wanted to dedicate a track to it for all the time I spent with him learning,
more and more, about the language of music.

Acts like Aparde, Cinthie, Ben Böhmer, Kalipo, Powel, Acud, Parra For Cuva, Brigade, Rodion or Bongbeck have released on the label managed by Lasse Winkler aka Acud in the last 10 years. It was never too genre specific. Minimal, Melodic Techno, Downtempo, Indie Dance or Alternative Pop were discussed and celebrated among friends.
