A little more than a year ago label head Marco Uson presented the six track EP  “A Travel Through The Universe” packed with functional techno and ambient that reached support by some of the biggest heavyweights artists of the scene.
“A Travel Through The Universe Remixes” is a three track EP where the original tracks are remixed by the European producers Hugo Heynard, Nasca and De Kraken. This selection of remixers turns the EP beautifully into a melodic, sensual and deep landscape.
Hugo Heynard remixes “Interplanetarium” the cut that opens the release. This French producer musically needs no introduction if you´ve been following Uzons Records catalog. His great emotive sound is evident in this astonishing deep remix of the original functional techno tool.

Usagi Is Dead
Oliver T. (songwriter & producer) from Vienna and Felix L. (singer and frontman) from Hamburg - Synergetic effects of 2 Metropolises.
They have started to celebrate the sound of their childhood, a connection of Synthwave, Indie, Chiptune, Pop, RnB and Electronica – all in all Dreampop!?
The two got to know each other while working for an Italian fashion brand and founded Usagi Is Dead during a meeting in the vineyards near Venice.
Since then they inhabit their studio in Vienna during weekends where they are creating the Usagi Is Dead sound. Because they live apart and therefore, are using the studio only from time to time, this way of working leads to a very precise working atmosphere of the Duo.
At the same time one realizes how much fun they have together and how versatile their whole collection of songs is.
The sounds of two different cities are intermingled with the attitude of their former bands and projects.
