playing a set in this listening-dancemusic overlap context at FOG, Basel after so many amazing experimental live sets was a great plesure.
I feel that this is one of my most coherent, still very diverse recorded sets ever, why i’m even more excited to share this with some beautiful pictures as an attempt to capture the energy of the mix, by the very talented Martin Luijten.

Lakatoi is an artist practicing out of Narrm with an interest in elevating and weaving the voices from his queer bla(c)k Pasifika, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, which he does in part through his work with FAMILI and Lapdance 4 Trans Right.
