"Is... Somebody there?" Aniyah reached out in the darkness, the overwhelming shadow of night succumbed The Hydroplantarium. In the far distance, Aniyah could hear screaming, chattering, and ultimately, a menacing laugh. It sounded like expressed steam, and a mechanical, scratching voice peered from the darkness.

"GOODWILL... YOU HAVE ONCE MORE LAIN CLAIM ON MY LANDS?" Atonement stomped, loud and thunderous, it shook the ground from afar. He seemed far more tall, about three inches more than last time. "Atonement? You shouldn't be out of your Darkest Depths."

He emitted steam, furious. "GOODWILL... YOUR FATHER HAS TOLD ME ONCE NOT TO SLAUGHTER YOU, THEREBY I WILL ACCEPT HIS REQUESTS." Aniyah looked shocked, "D-Dad...?" Atonement laughed gruel. "YES... WHY, YOUR BELOVED FATHER HAS MUCH TO STATE TO YOU, ANIYAH GOODWILL."

"WHY HAS HE NOT SHOWN HIMSELF IN YOUR LIFE FOR SO LONG? WHY DID HE NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH OF THE DARKEST DEPTHS BELOW? HA HA HA..." He slouched slightly, the damage of his repaired, rusty remains now in-tact. "BECAUSE OF ONE MIGHTY THING."

Atonement walked close to Aniyah, and in an unusual stare, stopped smiling. "IT IS SIMPLE. YOU ARE HIS PRECIOUS DAUGHTER, AND I HIS BELOVED CREATION. WE ARE BOTH THE SAME, BUT UNIQUE. I AM A METAL BEING, HIS FRIEND. YOU ARE HIS ONLY DAUGHTER, NOW WORTHY TO CONTROL ME."

"IT IS FRIGHTENING... I THOUGHT I COULD PUT TO REST YOUR RULE, UNDER HIS TERMS."
Aniyah was taking the information in, she was slightly nervous. Atonement could crush her skull in one grasp. "YET... ANTHORIA, MY ACCOMPLICE. SHE IS FAR DIFFERENT THAN I WOULD LOVE TO BE MYSELF." Anthoria stood, now in some makeshift gear. She had horns atop her head, tribal, regal. She was now a fully authorized part of Bartholomew's tyranny.

"It's been a while, Aniyah." She waved her hair in the pale moonlight. "And you burnt my only home down." Aniyah strengthened herself, she held her faith strong, potent. Nothing could hurt her now. "And you, Anthoria. You stole from my father. Those ancient relics, the crystals, they're all a massive venture into prison."

Anthoria smugly looked at her enemy. "And you, goodwill, are the bane of my existence." She spat out some sugar cane she was eating on the pavement next to her. "I'll make sure JB gets what he wants. He said I might be able to own more, even the full Darkest Depths Below."

Atonement cackled. "AND YET... I AM FRAIL. I AM STILL ATONEMENT, ALIVE. BUT BARTHOLOMEW... HE HAS ORDERED ME TO TELL YOU THIS, ANIYAH."

She listened attentively. "BARTHOLOMEW HAS ORDERED A PEACE MEETING WITH YOU, WHENEVER APPLICABLE. HOWEVER, HE HAS STATED, "I SHALL NOT MAKE THIS EASY FOR YOU." I SUGGEST THAT YOU TAKE YOUR TIME HERE."

Atonement stomped backwards, then holding out a metal sword, sliced through the fabric of reality. The Reality Distortion ceased. Suddenly, the two were gone. Anthoria's sugarcane was left. It seems Aniyah may require Annabelle for her new adventure.
