Off shore : DJ Nipper

Off Shore were Jens Lissat and Peter Harder and they both wrote and produced "I Can't Take The Power" which samples Class Action's - Weekend & Jocelyn Brown's - Love's Gonna Get You, together they make up the vocal sample.
It was released in the UK on CBS Records (CAT # 656570 6) in 1990.
