In this turbulent time I didn't even know whether to post this song or not. It was supposed to be a present for my husband's birthday back in January. The world was different back then. We couldn't finish recording it on time, though, so we postponed it to Valentine's day first and to my own birthday next. It happened a month ago but I wasn't much online to upload it to SoundCloud. So here it comes.. And I will "hold on to memories of us", memories of the happier times when we celebrated our 18th anniversary together on top of Eiffel tower, "passing the people - strangers with no worries".

I have again an immense pleasure to share with you another piece by my good friend Jean-Pierre Dubois (JiPé )....

The title of Senar is related to the names of Sergei and Natalia Rachmaninoff, and the art picture shows their villa which was constructed in 1929 at Hertenstein, located in the municipality of Weggis (LU) on Lake Lucerne, Switzerland.

I hope you will enjoy listening and like my interpretation of this beautiful piece...

A tribute to my Da. He's a shadow of his former self,but still hanging in there.

I was born in the golden time
Ten years after war
People didn't have too much
But they worked damn hard for more
All those years of uneasy truce

I realize it has been quite a while since i last posted.
Since my recent bereavement, I've been remembering, re-balancing, and finding it much more difficult than i could ever have imagined. Paige was the Love of my life, my best friend, and such a character!  :-D
 
But, all things considered, Life is Good! The death of ones beloved, not so much. 
However, the love of friends and family continues to make all the difference as i am on my own again for the first time in 35 years.

So, it gives me great pleasure to release my first New Piano Improvisation since my darling Wife, Paige, who was also my Muse, and Best Friend, passed away in my arms so suddenly on the first day of May in 2018).   

Now, all i can do is continue to Share my Love, my Music ... and to Remember and Cherish the Fullness of All we inJOYed during the many years we adventured together.  <3 

In-deed, i pledge to continue Creating and Sharing the humble musical gifts i have been blessed with, in remembrance of the amazing love we shared. 

Rest in Peace, and continue to Be yourSelf wherever you may Be, 'My love, my fair one.' 
Our Love is Forever! <3
