Over five thousand didn’t go hungry that day because of one little boy faith and willingness to share his lunch with Jesus the Son of God; the creator of all things.  Shouldn't we do the same in our life? A little faith can go along ways "I can Hear Her” is a simple reminder to be aware of the needs of others around us.

That Friday night in the coffee house I was hanging out with friends listening to a local blues band when Lue approach me and ask me for some money. After listening to his story of the hurricane back home. I really wanted to help. Lue explained that after getting himself caught up in a mess with local authorities he no longer could stay at the local shelter.  So of course we took up a collection and he went on his way.
The next week Lue was there again. This time my daughter helped him too.  After that I ran into him three or more times in the next couple weeks at different place in town; the grocery store, the Coffee place and the dollar store. Each time he was broke and needed help. I was almost broke too but prompted by my heart I was able to help each time.
Now you may think I’m foolish for giving money to Lue, buying groceries and a sandwich a cup of tea from the coffee shop. But the way I see it I'm only a few wrong decision from the same situation as Lue. It's the least I can do. So the next time you see a hopeless person. Help anyway. What's a dollar or two now and then if you can help your fellow man through a hard time and give him or her hope in the process? You might even be helping yourself.

Nathan Dodds is a folk music Fiddle player following in the footsteps of Samuel Younger and Jimmy Driftwood. He is a carpenter and a folk music fiddle player who loves his heritage and the great state of Arkansas—born and raised in these rural mountains here in the Ozarks; he hopes to further the folk music to front and center stage in Mountain View and other local communities such as Marshall. 
 Leslie, Timbo, and  Oxley. 
He is the featured fiddle musician on our pilot show here in Leslie, Arkansas, and we hope to have him perform for us this fall at the release of the new Folk Music Show hosted by Al Timberlane. Folk music is the chosen genre of people like Jimmy Driftwood, Willie Nelson, and Bob Dylan. and a band like the Beatles and the Rolling stones. Our goal here is to lift musicians like Nathan Dodds, who still play the old toons that made our music here in the USA what it is today. Folk music is more than just a sound. And today, Legend and I hung out at Timberlane Ranch studio to test these new mics and an old 1964 Harmoney Acoustic Guitar. I love the sound I'm getting out of this old guitar.
