Some time in the mid-1990s, Nickelodeon's Nick or Treat contest gave out a prize package including an all-new Are You Afraid of the Dark audio cassette, Tales from the Midnight Society, which came with a flipbook. I was lucky enough to win one, and loved it so much that it eventually broke in my tape deck and I tossed it out. The stories were all fully narrated by the TV series' Midnight Society in a radio drama format with sound effects and music. The four episodes on the tape were:

Tale of the Virtual Nightmare: A kid mistakenly rents an SCP from the local video store. Every time he watches the video, the same boring valley scenery is shown, but something flying in the distance keeps getting closer...

Tale of the Lonely Doll: Hey kids, it's another story about a creepy killer doll.

Tale of the Mysterious Mall: I think I usually skipped this one for reasons I don't recall.
