I had to write a 12-tone piece for piano as a student years ago.  I hated it then, and I still do now.  That said, I decided to challenge myself and see if there was a way to make 12-tone sound "listenable," at least for myself.  So, I pulled out the score and somehow turned a 1.5 minute piano piece into this 7+ minutes of orchestral music.  It's still the same 12-tone piece (notes in exactly the same order), but I've hidden it in a larger overlay now.
