"Umami" is the debut album of 

 Jotsido, an artist who brings a fresh perspective to the world of dance music. Jotsido is the brainchild of Evan Price, an experienced musician with over 22 years of experience under his belt.

Jotsido was born out of Evan's love for organic sounds and his desire to blend them with electronic beats to create dynamic electronic tracks. He often utilizes recordings from the world around him to create and inspire. This results in a true fusion of different influences and styles, ranging from downtempo beats to uplifting and driven anthems.
Jotsido's tracks are characterized by infectious rhythms, catchy melodies, and intricate soundscapes that keep listeners on their toes. Evan's meticulous attention to detail is evident in every track he produces, as he carefully crafts each sound to create a unique sonic experience.
In 2020, Evan branched off from conventional musical projects and started producing EDM. He released his first EP, "Umami," in 2023, which was inspired by his three years of backpacking through Asia. The four-track EP showcases Jotsido's versatility and ability to infuse different cultures and sounds into his music.
