Here is the music for Mia's yoga class.  Its 18 minutes of warmup and then 48 minutes moving through the chakras.  Made with cello, viola, violin, guitars, dobro, djembe and dumbek. All the pieces are improvised - the instruments are tuned to 432 hz.
