In the darkness of the new moon, when the celestial body completes its cycle and begins anew, we welcome I’m Mady (@immadyofficial) to the Phases collective with his debut EP Schwankschwindel. He offers us a sonic exploration of what it means to sway, oscillate, and find balance within perpetual motion.

Schwankschwindel — German for the sensation of oscillating vertigo, that feeling when the ground beneath you moves in rhythm — becomes a metaphor for the creative process itself. Just as the moon follows its eternal cycle, so too does the groove: repeating, evolving, transforming with each rotation.

I’m Mady’s signature sound is unmistakable. The EP’s two tracks form a perfect duality. The title track “Schwankschwindel” anchors us in that hypnotic sway — percussion patterns and woodwind textures creating a controlled vertigo, a purposeful imbalance that somehow grounds us deeper. Then comes “Sexy” — a harder-edged exploration where slow tech meets tech house attitude. Here, synthesized sound design takes the wheel, building tension through metallic textures and precise, driving rhythms.

The artwork mirrors this cosmic dance perfectly: lunar phases orbit a radiant celestial body, starbursts emanating energy outward while orbital mechanics keep everything in delicate, perpetual motion. It’s a visual representation of what I’m Mady achieves sonically — finding harmony in complexity, stillness in movement, balance in vertigo.

This is music for the space between cycles, for the moment when one rhythm ends and another begins.

As part of the Berlin based band Kalaha Moon established in 2018, Dunjaliz explored the depths of the nightlife scene over 6 years of raving. Entering the states of enchanted love together with thousands of free souls. With the roots in the depths of beats and mysterious orientalism a new project was born in 2025. 

Dunjaliz delivers a hypnotic soundscape which brings the listener to the ground, a bridge between the silence and the noise. Dunjaliz is a solo project that aims to bring honesty and welcome the listener into the exact void that connects the artist with the art. Dunjaliz - Echoes From Above (Original Mix)

This new RISE Breathwork journey is a 15 minute session designed to bring you back to your center, no matter how hectic life feels. This practice is about returning to the stillness that is always available within you. Beneath the noise of the mind there is a steady, grounded presence waiting to be felt, and this session guides you straight back into that space.

My mission with RISE is to make transformation accessible and help you integrate breathwork into your daily life. This journey helps you shift your state of being, reconnect to yourself, and rise to your full potential.

In this practice, you will move through cycles of conscious connected breathing activation and gentle retentions relaxation, supported by Asiri I, one of my all time favorite tracks for dropping back into the body.

What to expect in this session:
• 15 minute guided breathwork journey
• Two cycles for grounding, centering and inner stillness
• Soundscape featuring Asiri
• A practice to get out of your mind and into your body.
• Accessible to all levels, no prior experience needed

Headphones are highly recommended, they help you stay in your own bubble and fully immerse without distraction.
You can practice sitting or lying down in a comfortable, undisturbed space.

Breathwork Instructions

This is a connected breath practice — no pause between inhale and exhale.
• Inhale: Belly & chest expand
• Exhale: Belly & chest fall
• Breathing in: Mouth (more powerful) or nose (gentler)
• Breathing out: Mouth
• Each cycle includes dynamic breathing followed by two retentions (~45 sec after exhale, then ~45 sec after inhale).
• You may feel tingling, changes in temperature, or mild muscle tension — these are normal effects of breathwork.
• If overwhelmed, return to gentle breathing in and out through the nose (focus on prolonging your exhale).
• Always listen to your body and never force anything.

If you have a history of psychosis or epileptic seizures, this practice is not for you.

If you are currently pregnant, please listen closely to your body. Only participate if it feels right for you — and do not perform or hold any of the breath retentions.
