Panorama Barre is a movement concept and podcast series by OLITA, born in 2019.

It reimagines Barre—a fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga—as an embodied sound experience. I record a bi-monthly mix to soundtrack my classes. Each track is chosen with care for the energy it brings, how it shapes the way we move, and how it fits the atmosphere of the room. The intention is to craft a soundscape that pulls you deeper into the body—steadying focus, fuelling pace, and guiding you toward a meditative flow where movement and music become one. Every breath, every pulse, every stretch moves on the beat, syncing body and music in a dance of tension and release that leaves you feeling recalibrated and recharged.

Beyond the practice itself, Panorama Barre was created as a space for club-goers and tune-lovers to connect with their wellbeing outside of the dancefloor. After years of attending fitness classes in London, I noticed how few wellness spaces existed for the electronic underground community. It felt important to create something that helps us care for our bodies and find balance between two worlds that can often feel far apart.

This mix soundtracks my February–March 2026 sessions. Each track mirrors a phase of the flow, guiding a journey from stillness into intensity and back into spaciousness.

The first track is drawn-out, atmospheric, and off-kilter, holding room for stillness: finding breath, deepening awareness, and a gentle arrival into the body. It builds gradually, inviting fluid, playful movement and soft curiosity. As the second track emerges and the beats grow more defined, energy rises and movement sharpens in sync with the rhythm. 

We move through a mat-based section to activate the muscles for the work ahead. These movements pair with the techy rollers before we rise to our feet for the standing section at the ballet barre. This is the peak: a higher-intensity, cardio-driven phase where more-driving techno fuels endurance and focus. From here, the mix descends from a final peak of energy into a retrospective track, supporting slower core work and signaling the final push of strength before softening into stillness. The closing ambient track brings everything full circle—stretching, slowing, and restoring calm.

Panorama Barre is both practice and escape. I hope this resonates.
