I’m seeing a lot of people relating this as asthma or diff types of breathing conditions and whatnot but In my brain I can only vision this as like anxiety,felling that the world is both too big and too small for you at the same time and feeling ostracised for not being able to function normally like every other person (IMO!!)

Damn this song is so special to me having grown up with undiagnosed autism. Everyone else around me always knew how to do  everything that I found confusing. It was always so frustrated and even years later it is.

I actually learned how to breathe in an incorrect way, as a sort of permanent hyperventilation. Also relatable, cuz autism
