Seasoned selector Samsara, affectionately known by his friends as Sam, moves away from his club-ready IDM style to bring you an hour of dub reggae for the second in the POLY mix series. Sam is a Manchester-based DJ, with an eclectic taste that can't be tied down, and one of the bosses of the hugely popular Raigeki nights that have been rocking the city for the last three years.
Raised on dub, particularly from the CD "Dub for Children" which was the only CD he had in his car, Sam has put together a selection of his finest smoking dub he has to offer to soothe the winter blues and keep the sun shining. Enjoy x

DÜTTY BÖY REFLEX is next up on the mix series for POLY003 coming in with a mix of sprawling ambience and commanding vocals punctuated by face-melting bass. An hour-long mix that’ll keep you on your toes throughout, pulling back and forth between floating synths and forceful beats this is a really stand-out mix. Jacob runs his own night called Bad Traffic and has just released his first full track, an electro/booty bass slammer called F1CK M3 IN THE CAR which is up on his SoundCloud now and hopefully Bandcamp soon. Do not miss out on this one it’s seriously good.

K.Holle joins us (after a bit of a hiatus) for POLY004 with a mix that refuses to be held down, spanning across genres but good vibes the whole way through for an hour and ten of foot moving goodness. Kevin has been busy recently doing mixes for the likes of Rainy City Radio as well as playing his club debut at our own PolyPhylum presents pt.2 before rushing off to close XLR the same night, the Belfast boy is one you’ll be seeing lots more of around the student scene in Manchester and beyond in the months to come.
