Ermos Erotocritou was my first ever sales leader at the midtown branch of Investors Group, a financial business in Toronto, Canada.

After proving himself as one of the top financial advisors in the country, he took on a managerial role as a division director where he continued to excel as an advisor and as a manager of up and coming advisors.

By the time he took the next step to manage the region, he set himself another massive goal and went on to become the top regional director in Canada in his first year in the role - something that's never happened before or since.

As a hedge fund manager, Marcel is always watching markets and news around the world to understand how everything that's going on could affect financial markets and his portfolio. He's been working in markets for 28 years with some of the world's largest institutions such as Goldman Sachs in London and hedge funds in Switzerland. We met here in Brisbane when he was back in between working stints overseas.
