In the begining there is description of storks in their nest and after that there is a qustion what does the stork mean. In the refrain we have the symbol of sun going Down and two lovers who don't feel love to each other anymore. In the Bridge we found out that storks bring happiness in the spring. we don't know anything about our lovers and this could mean they are not in relationship anymore. In the outro of the song we  are saying goodbye to storks, give them feather and hope they will bring us more happiness in the future.
